Use Ultra-Low Adherent Plates for suspension cultures of a variety of stem and progenitor cell types. These sterile, polystyrene flat-bottom plates have a covalent hydrogel layer to inhibit cellular attachment. With a non-cytotoxic, biologically inert, non-degradable surface, these plates minimize protein absorption, enzyme activation, and cellular activation in a multiwell plate format. Each plate has a nonreversible lid with condensation rings to reduce contamination.
These plates have been tested for the culture of human mammary stem and progenitor cells as mammospheres with MammoCult™ Human Medium Kit (Catalog #05620). Refer to the Product Information Sheet (PIS) for more information on directions for use.
