The monoclonal antibody is supplied as 6 μg purified immunoglobulin in 2.0 mL (3 μg/mL) of phosphate-buffered saline. The PE conjugate is supplied as 6 μg in 2.0 mL (3 μg/mL). Buffered saline contains g elatin and 0.1% s odium azide. The vials should be stored at 2° to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Protect from exposure to light. Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
