淋巴细胞分离液是一种根据细胞密度差异，借助离心产生的重力加速度，进行细胞的分离纯化的常用试剂 。常用的淋巴细胞分离液有Ficoll淋巴细胞分离液
淋巴细胞分离液的原理：
外周血中单个核细胞和单核细胞,其体积、形态和密度与其他细胞不同.淋巴细胞分离液是一种密度介于1.075∽1.090之间而近似于等渗的溶液,用它做密度梯度离心,使一定密度的细胞按相应密度梯度分布,从而将各种血细胞加以分离。
基本应用 ：
可用于体外分离外周淋巴血细胞，也可以从其他来源中分离单核细胞，包括脐带血细胞和骨、髓细胞，适用于从血液及组织 匀浆中分离所需细胞，在医疗和医学生物中广泛应用。其他人及动物多种比重细胞分离液。
